Q: What is a Custom Backstamp?
A: A Backstamp is an image or text stamped as raised or recessed metal into the back of Lapel Pins, Keychains, etc. to provide permanent branding or recognition. Custom is just that it is your own personal design.

Q: Why would I want a custom backstamp?
A: Custom backstamps provide brand recognition, a signature, or title to your pin designs. For example, if someone throws away your packaging, they will always know the artist or company the pin came from.

Q: What if I already have a custom backstamp on file?
A: With your order, you will receive another add on for free, up to a $55.00 value.

Q: How do I design a custom backstamp?
A: Backstamps are completely customizable. You may provide images or text in any format, and we will convert it into the proper format to fit your design.

Q: How long does my backstamp stay on file?
A: Backstamps stay on file for 2 years from the date of its last order.

Q: Can I use my backstamp on future pin designs?
A: Absolutely! It can be used on any future pin design. Plus, there is no additional charge when used within 2 years of its last use.

Q: How many designs can I put a custom backstamp on?
A: As many designs as you’d like within 2 years of its last use.

Q: How many times can I use the same backstamp?
A: As many times as you’d like, and with no additional charge when it’s within 2 years of its last use.

Q: How much does it cost to use a backstamp on multiple designs?
A: It is free to reuse the same backstamp on any new or old design within 2 years of its last use.

Q: Can color be added to the backstamp?
A: Not on the free backstamp, but it can be added for a small fee and the backstamp must be recessed.

Q: When does the promotion expire?
A: We will run this through April 30, 2020

Q: How many times can I use this promotion?
A: One per customer.
