We’ll reply within 1 business day with a price and a production proof of your pin. Request any changes and order online or by telephone. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free.

Certainly! All you have to do is send us your ideas, and we’ll create a design for you. We will send you a digital production proof, and you will be able to review and revise the design before you order.

We routinely fill orders in about 10-12 business days for pins and 10-15 business days for coins, plus shipping. We also offer rush service on a case by case basis.
Yes! We can absolutely ship to APO and FPO addresses, but please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on top of the normal production time.
That’s right! There are no setup fees on all soft enamel, hard enamel, and die struck pins, but there is a $75 setup fee for offset printed pins. Each pin order gets one mold for free, and each additional mold will have a $55.00 mold fee.
Yes, we can either work from a high-resolution picture or scan of the pin, or you can mail the existing pin to us. We are able to copy the size, colors, shape, and design of any pin. If you send us a pin to duplicate, we will return it to you with the pins we produce once they are completed.
Any shape you want. We custom manufacture all of our products from scratch. So we can make them in any shape, size, and design.
It depends on what the pin is being used for, but the pins we make are usually around 1 inch to 1.5 inches. We can also do much larger pins and much smaller pins, so let us know what size you want your pins to be, as we can do custom sizes as well.
All molds are kept on file for 2 years from the date of your last order. So as long as you reorder within 2 years of your initial order, you do not have to pay a mold fee again for that order.
We accept all file types including JPEG and PNG. Please attach any files you have that will assist us in creating a design for you. The following “vector” file types are ideal, but not necessary:

We use the PANTONE Solid Coated matching system for our enamel colors. For full color printed items, we use CYMK.
