It’s easy! All you have to do is fill out a free quote on the product you’re interested in. Send us your design and tell us how many pins you want to order. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a price and a production proof of your pin. Request any changes and order online or by telephone. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free.

Certainly! All you have to do is send us your ideas, and we’ll create a design for you. We will send you a digital proof mockup, and you will be able to review and revise the design before you order.
100 is the suggested minimum order quantity on all products because of price breaks, but we can do 50 for some products.

We ship worldwide to anywhere that FEDEX or UPS delivers, and shipping to most locations is FREE.
We routinely fill orders in about 3-4 weeks, plus shipping, but it depends on your final product, for some take more or less time. We also offer rush service on a case by case basis. Please let us know your event date so we can see what we can do.
Yes! We can absolutely ship to APO and FPO addresses, but please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on top of the normal production time, plus an additional shipping fee.
That’s right! There are no setup fees on standard soft enamel, hard enamel, and die struck pins, but there is a print setup fee for printed pins. Each pin order gets one mold for free, and each additional mold will have a $55.00 mold fee.
Yes, we can either work from a high-resolution picture or scan of the pin, or you can mail the existing pin to us. We are able to copy the size, colors, shape, and design of any pin, to reproduce as closely as possible. By submitting an existing pin to us, you must have approval from the original maker to recreate it, and you agree this is the case for items you submit to us.
Any shape you want. We custom manufacture all of our products from scratch. So we can make them in any shape, size, and design.
It depends on what the pin is being used for, but the pins we make are usually around 1 inch to 1.5 inches. We can also do much larger pins and much smaller pins, so let us know what size you want your pins to be, as we can do custom sizes as well.
All molds are kept on file for 2 years from the date of your last order. So as long as you reorder within 2 years of your initial order, you do not have to pay a mold fee again for that design.
We accept all file types including JPEG and PNG. Please attach any files you have that will assist us in creating a design for you. The following “vector” file types are ideal, but not necessary:

We use the PANTONE Solid Coated matching system for our enamel colors. For full color printed items, we use CMYK.
